Sweet Standards

Role: art director, graphic designer, web designer, photographer
Client: Sweet Standards

Sweet Standards is a local, woman-owned bakery serving the South Shore area of Massachusetts. Their mission is to provide fresh, flavorful, and allergen-friendly baked goods using organic and locally sourced ingredients. They embrace sustainability and are constantly looking for the best compostable and recyclable materials to package their goods. Sweet Standards required an integrated brand identity that highlights the quality and sophistication of their products, while being conscientious about their values. I helped define their brand standards and was responsible for creating marketing collateral, web design for sweetstandards.com, and product photography.

Middlebury Bridge and Rail Project

Role: graphic designer
Client: Vermont Department of Transportation and Town of Middlebury, VT

The Middlebury Bridge and Rail Project included the replacement of two nearly 100-year old rail bridges with a tunnel in the center of Middlebury, Vermont in the summer of 2020. The tunnel changed the town landscape by overlaying the depressed, walled rail bed with a green space that links Triangle Park to the Village Green in the heart of downtown. I designed the combination logo mark, presentations and maps used in public meetings, and a timelapse video of the project construction.

Heat

Role: art director, graphic designer
Client: Fictional non-profit

This fictional non-profit advocates for alternative energy sources to build a sustainable community, upholding empowerment, integrity, and environmental justice as their core values. HEAT is an action-oriented name with a nod towards a result of climate change and evokes thoughts such as “heated” social and environmental topics. I designed an integrated deliverables package including the wordmark, brand board, letterhead, business card, and website mock-up.
